Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
- Do
you offer free estimates? A: Yes, we will come to the house and evaluate each individual property to come up with
the best and most affordable Staging solution. An estimate takes about 15 min. at the site (no Staging tips or advise
is given at an estimate), then in usually just 24 hours you will have an estimate that best suits your individual situation.
- How
long does it take to have a vacant property staged? A: It will depend on how much staging is required. In
most cases it will be done in just one day. For larger houses that require full staging with furniture it may take an
extra day. Our goal is to get your house back on the market as soon as possible.
- How much will the furniture
cost? A: It will depend on each individual property. Furnishing a small condo will cost a lot different
than a million dollar home. Since we do use furnishings from our own inventory we can keep the cost down and the quality
up! We do not have a minimum 3 month rental commitment, so when your house is sold in a month you do
not keep paying for furnishings you are not even using.
- What if I can't afford to pay for your service right now?
A: We have flexible payment plans. We will work with each individual client to come up with a solution that woks
best for you.
