• Staging Consultation Service:    A Home Squad ASP Stager will come to the house to give ideas, tips, some light hands on Staging, take pictures, notes and measurements.  Then you will receive a detailed report of what should be done to help sell your house faster and for more money.  The Staging Consultation report can be used as a guideline and checklist to be used while you make the updates.  The report will have any color, lighting, flooring selections suggested during the visit.  Make Buyers want to move in not move on to the next house, Buyers make up their mind 20 seconds after walking in the door.  Make a Great 1st impression!   This service starts at $150.00 (over 3000 FSF additional fee).

 Interior Decorating/Design: Planning a remodel or need help brining things together in your home?  We can help with choosing finishes, cabinets, counters, flooring, window treatments, color, style, furnishings, accessories and more to help pull together any room in your home.
Interior Redesign: Redesign (also called 'One day decorating) is the art of creative furniture and accessory placement using the existing furnishings in a home.  An AARC Re-designer uses furniture and accessories that you already have in your home which makes interior redesign an affordable way to bring new life and style to any room in your home.  We will dramatically transform your home in just one afternoon.  We will give you advice and suggestions for color, furniture and decor that you may want to add to the space in the future.

• Furniture Rental:  We have a large inventory of Stylist selected furniture and accessories for Staging any type of home.  Call a Home Squad representative for current inventory and pricing.  Our furnishings are chosen by a stylist to attract buyers and help sell houses faster.  Whether you just need a dining room table or an entire house furnished we can help.  Our Home Staging clients will receive discounted pricing on furnishings and delivery.

• Furniture Sales: We carry  furnishings you would find at places like Ashley, HOM..., but at 20-50% below retail.  This is a great option for builders to save money on furnishing their Model Homes.  Call 952-334-3645 today to make an appointment to visit with us in our showroom or we can come to you with our catalogs.

• Color Consultation: We have thousands of color choices to bring to your home.  This way you can see what the paint color will look like on your walls in your homes lighting.  We even offer discounts at the popular paint stores.  If you don't want to do the work yourself we can have one of our painters do it for you.  If you are selling or Staging your house, we can pick the colors that really sell.  Staging and Redesign clients can receive this service at a discounted rate.  Painting is an inexpensive way to update a house.

• Project Management:  Home squad can coordinate your home remodeling projects.  We are connected with professionals in every home service field like: remodeling, flooring, landscaping, painting, electricians, organization (closet, garage & storage), maintenance, housekeeping.....  The list goes on....  This is a great service for those of you who are too busy or just don't want to hassle with finding home contractors and coordinating the project yourself.  If you are selling or Staging your house we can help you update it to appeal to the buyers taste.  Whether you just need a referral to one of these home service professionals or if you want Home Squad to organize your project, give us a call.
