A couple of our current projects:
*Watch their progress as we remodel a kitchen/Dining and a bathroom.
This kitchen was stuck in the 70's. We discussed the homeowners needs to
create a more functional space with design in mind. Adding a large island with plenty of storage and seating, this island
looks like a piece of furniture with decorative panels and legs. We wanted to break up all the wood by painting the
island in an antiqued cream. New cabinets in a rick wood tone will slightly contrast the wood floors that run through
the home. Granite, tile back-splash and appliances will be added next. The dining area was closed off from the
kitchen and limited the space. We opened up that wall to the kitchen creating a open eating area so the table can expand,
added a butler pantry area for serving and storage (wine cooler of course) and enlarged the built in that was in the dining
room. The kitchen still has room for 2 comfortable chairs and small table by the window to relax, drink coffee and watch
TV (while her husband cooks). A console was added to the right of the garage entry door to house electronics for the
flat TV that will hang above. When construction is complete we will add furniture, window treatments, art and accessories
to finish the look.

This bathroom's design was stuck 40 years in the past. We are
updating this for empty nester's that want something clean and neutral, keeping the possibility of future home-sale in mind.
They wanted something that was easy to care for. Combining his needs with her wants, we come up with ideas and finishes
that make everyone happy and their marriage intact. Removing the dated ceramic tile floor and plain white wall and shower
tiles. We used an easy to care for porcelien tile that looks like travertine, installed at an angle in a large size.
In the shower we added glass tile border and a few accent tiles for design. The walls are painted a light beige and
the mirror has been framed. The cabinet was replaced with a custom design with legs. Next the granite counter
will be installed. When all the construction is done we will complete with accessories and artwork.
