- Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
A= Yes & No, If you are using a Home Squad Staging service the minimum commitment is waived.
If you are not using a Home Squad Staging service as part of the furniture rental there is a 2 month minimum commitment.
This is still less than most other furniture rental companies that ask for a 3 month contract.
- What are delivery
and pick up fees? A= This is based on the amount and type of furniture to be moved as well
as the miles/location. Delivery starts at $80, call a Home Squad representative for further information and estimates.
- Are
your furnishings for sale? A= YES! We have catalogs and internet images to shop from. We
are typically 30-50% less than retail for our new merchandise. We also sell our rental items at a huge discount.

- Where are you located? We are located at 12906 Ventura Court Unit #2 in Shakopee, MN and serve the entire Metro
Area. We are open by appointment or by chance because we are out serving customers most of the time.
- What are
your hours? Open by appointment or by chance only. Phone hours are M-F: 8:30 am - 8 pm, Sat.: 10am-4pm &
Sun. Noon - 4pm
- Do you charge for an Estimate? No, all estimates and proposals in the Twin Cities Metro
area are FREE. We do,however,have a Staging Consultation service. For A consultation a Professional
Stager visits the home for up to 2 hours detailing what you can do to help your house sell faster, then within 24 hours you
will receive a detailed report of things that should be done to sell the house faster and for more money. This
service starts at $100 and is great for the do-it-yourselfer.
